As a Mortgage Banker/ Broker for more than 28 years I have experience in all aspects of loan origination including, FHA, VA, Custom Construction, Rehabilitation (both Fannie Mae and FHA203K) and Reverse Mortgages. I’ve work with many local Builders providing spec lending and land development lending. Currently I’m certified as an educator for Washington State Housing Commission classes and teach financial clock hour classes for the Real Estate community.
