2. To Enter:
After downloading the My Mortgage by Republic Mortgage Home Loans app found in either the Apple App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to log in with you user ID and password provided by your loan officer. You then must Tweet or publicly Post To Facebook something about the App using the hashtag #RMHLAPP. You will then be entered into the monthly giveaway. Only one entry per person/per channel, it is possible to enter the SWEEPSTAKES twice by posting to twitter and Facebook. All entrants must have Internet access and valid twitter and or Facebook account. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, will be awarded to the registered user, if eligible. RMHL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the SWEEPSTAKES or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
3. Eligibility:
My Mortgage By Republic Mortgage Home Loans SWEEPSTAKES is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (Including Puerto Rico), 18 years of age or older, with Internet access and valid twitter and or Facebook account. Employees of Republic Mortgage Home Loans are exempt from winning.
4. Drawing:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on the 1st Friday of every the Month. Only one prize will be awarded every month. Winner will be notified by mail promptly after the drawing and will have 30 days to claim their prize. If the potential winner forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize will be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize:
Republic Mortgage Home Loans will select a different prize every month.
6. Entering
By entering the My Mortgage by Republic Mortgage Home Loans SWEEPSTAKES, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of RMHL, which shall be final. RMHL may use winner’s names, likenesses for promotional purposes (including posting first name and last initial on this web site) for no additional compensation, except where prohibited. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
