Getting Pre-Approved: After gathering information about your current finances, I can complete your loan approval quickly… usually within minutes. And this approval is important to provide to your agent should you decide to make an offer on a property showing the seller you’re serious and prepared.
Managing Your Purchase: Once you have an accepted-offer for your purchase, it’s my job to coordinate all details of the transaction with your agent, Keeping you informed throughout the process.
Staying In Touch: Once your purchase has “closed” and you’re comfortably moved in, I like to stay in touch to make sure that your payment processing is setup correctly and…to be available to answer any questions you might have.
